The Home - This 5 bedroom 4 bathroom spaciously sleeps up to 12 guests. This main floor of this relaxing home is the main gathering space with views of the sand and ocean from the kitchen, dining and sitting areas. The kitchen is bright and spacious, with updated appliances including an expresso machine. The adjacent living room is elegant yet beachy, with plush furniture, a flatscreen TV and incredible views of the lanai, backyard, and bright blue ocean beyond. Upstairs are 4 more rooms, including the master bedroom which has its own sitting area and panoramic view of the ocean from the bedroom and bathroom areas. You will awaken in this room to the sound of the waves and a view of the sand and the beautiful blue of the ocean beyond. There are three more rooms on the upper floor. One has an ensuite bathroom and the second two share a full bath.

While the interiors are beach house designer wonderful, the beachfront backyard is just as welcoming a space. You step out onto a deck with a dining table and just beyond is an elegantly landscaped grass lawn and beachfront jacuzzi. A convenient outdoor shower is also located to allow for rinsing off after you come off of the sand. Framing the view are coconut trees.

The Location - Located on the very famous and highly coveted Ke Nui Road. It has direct beach access in front of Gas Chambers, and also world famous surf spots, Rocky Point (100 yards to the east) and Pipeline (300 yards to the west). Just around the corner is Waimea Bay, where you can take part in the tradition of cliff jumping in the summer, or watch the monster waves roll in during the winter. A bike path is accessible near the home that leads to coffee stands, shops, and other beaches in the area. You can rent a stand-up paddle-board in Haleiwa and float along the Anahulu Stream for a laid-back adventure. Finally, visit the shops and restaurants in historic Haleiwa town, including Matsumoto’s for their famous shaved ice and Giovanni's Shrimp Truck where you can get a dozen jumbo shrimp cooked just the way you like it.

There is ample parking on the driveway but there is also a single parking space in the garage. Access to the house is up a set of stairs from the garage and parking area. The interior of the home has 2 additional levels. Please note there are exterior security cameras.
